These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of imputix.com and its calculators, directories, and reference tools (the "Platform"), operated by MADA Trade co. ("MADA Trade", "we", "us"). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
The Platform is provided 100% free of charge, with no registration, login, or paywall, and we intend to keep it that way. Nothing in these Terms creates a paid subscription or account relationship.
The 3D container/pallet calculators, CBM and landed-cost estimators, HS code explorer, Incoterms navigator, and all other tools on the Platform are provided for general informational and planning purposes. They are built to be mathematically accurate, but they do not replace professional freight-forwarding, customs-brokerage, legal, or financial advice, and results should be independently verified before being relied on for a binding commercial decision (a signed contract, a customs declaration, an insurance claim, etc.).
The Platform and all tools are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MADA Trade co.'s total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your use of the free Platform is capped at $0 (zero), reflecting that the tools are offered at no charge. This cap does not apply to MADA Trade's separate, contracted physical trade and export services, which are governed by their own commercial agreements.

We reserve the right to rate-limit, block, or otherwise restrict access for traffic that our automated anti-scraping detection identifies as abusive.
The Platform's software, design, compiled directories, and original written content are owned by MADA Trade co. or its licensors. You may use tool outputs for your own internal business purposes; you may not resell, republish, or redistribute the underlying datasets in bulk without written permission.
The Platform may display third-party advertising, including via Google AdSense, to support free access. Advertisers and ad networks are solely responsible for their own content and offers; MADA Trade does not endorse advertised products or services. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising cookies are handled.
Where you engage MADA Trade co. directly for export of natural stone, cement, or agricultural commodities, or for freight/logistics services, that engagement is governed by a separate signed commercial agreement (proforma invoice, sales contract, or service agreement), not by these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, or Egyptian Law 151/2020 in your home jurisdiction.
We may revise these Terms as the Platform evolves. The "Effective & Last Updated" date above reflects the current version; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
