A-5 INSPECTION OF GOODS (Art. 3):

A-6 RETENTION OF TITLE (Art. 7):

A-7 PAYMENT CONDITIONS (Art. 5):

Irrevocable Documentary Credit (Confirmed), payable at sight.

A-8 DOCUMENTS:

Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Certificate of Inspection, Insurance Document, Multimodal Transport Document.

A-9 CANCELLATION DATE (Art. 10.2):

Standard Art. 10.3 applies (after maximum delay liquidated damages reached).

A-10 LIABILITY FOR DELAY:

0.5% per week (Max 5%) | Termination additional loss max 10%

A-13 NON-CONFORMITY TIME-BAR:

1 month from arrival of goods (Modified Art. 11.8)

A-14 APPLICABLE LAW (Art. 1.2):

United Nations CISG (Vienna 1980); subsidiary law: Law of Seller's Country.

A-15 RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES (Art. 14):

ICC Arbitration in Paris, France (Rules of Arbitration of ICC).

Standard provisions apply.

The present contract of sale is governed by these Specific Conditions (Part A) and by the ICC General Conditions of Sale (Manufactured Goods Intended for Resale, Part B) which constitute an integral and inseparable part of this document.
