Effective & Last Updated: 2026 Edition · Operator: MADA Trade co.
MADA Trade co. ("MADA Trade", "IMPUTIX", "we", "us") operates imputix.com as a free, no-registration trade and logistics intelligence platform. This policy explains, in plain terms, what data our systems touch when you use the site, why, and what rights you have over it. We wrote it to survive a regulator's audit, not just to sound reassuring — where a claim below sounds like a legal position, it is one we can back up in our architecture.
The 3D container stuffing, 3D pallet, CBM, and landed-cost calculators, and the proforma invoice fields across the site, run as client-side JavaScript. The numbers you enter are computed in memory in your browser tab and are discarded when you close or refresh the page. Our servers never receive them, log them, or store them anywhere — this is a standing architectural commitment, not a configurable setting.
To understand which tools are useful and where to invest development effort, we generate a random identifier (a UUID, not derived from your device or browser fingerprint) the first time you visit, stored in your browser's local storage and a cookie. We use it to record page views and tool-usage events — never joined to a name, email address, IP address in raw form, or account. This tracking only begins after you accept our cookie/analytics consent banner; declining does not affect your ability to use any tool on the site. Your IP address is anonymized (truncated) before it is ever written to storage, and event-level records are pruned well before they could become a long-term behavioral profile.
The same consent also gates a second, aggregate analytics tool, Google Analytics 4 (GA4). GA4 is not loaded at all until you click “Agree” on the consent banner — declining keeps it, like our own beacon, switched off. When active, we enable GA4’s IP-anonymization setting and turn off Google Signals (cross-device/ads personalization). You can further opt out of GA4 specifically at any time using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
If you use our Contact form, we receive exactly what you type — name, email, company (optional), inquiry type, and your message — solely to respond to you. If you opt in to our newsletter, we send a confirmation email first (double opt-in); you are not subscribed until you click that link, and every email includes an unsubscribe option. We do not sell, rent, or share this information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
To keep our public reference datasets (the sea port directory, HS code tables, compliance matrices) available for everyone, we run automated checks that distinguish legitimate visitors and known good crawlers (Googlebot, Bingbot) from scraping or mirroring tools. This relies on request-pattern signals (rate, sequencing, header consistency) tied to the same anonymous ID above, not to your identity, and is used only to rate-limit or temporarily block abusive traffic.
We use a small number of cookies / local-storage entries:
We plan to display advertising served by Google AdSense to keep this platform free with no paywall. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies (including the DoubleClick cookie) to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to our site and/or other sites on the Internet.
You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info. Any advertising on this site will only load after you interact with the consent banner, in line with the EU ePrivacy rules and CCPA's right to opt out of the sale/sharing of personal information.
Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to: access the (limited) data we hold that is linked to your anonymous ID or your contact-form submission; request correction or deletion of it; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw analytics consent at any time (the cookie banner remains reachable from the footer); receive your data in a portable format; and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Because our analytics pipeline is designed around an anonymous, purpose-limited identifier rather than a person, most of these requests in practice concern your Contact form submissions or newsletter subscription — email export@mada-trade.com with the subject "Privacy Request" and we will act on it within 30 days (GDPR/Law 151/2020) or 45 days (CCPA/CPRA), as applicable.
IMPUTIX is a professional B2B trade-logistics tool and is not directed at, or knowingly used to collect data from, children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through our contact form, email us and we will remove it.
We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "Effective & Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
